Dr. Pratap Varma Penmetsa is a highly experienced Surgical Oncologist with expertise in minimally invasive cancer surgeries. He has extensive experience in managing complex oncology cases and is known for delivering precise, patient-focused cancer care using advanced surgical techniques.
Dr. Pratap Varma Penmetsa received his medical education from prestigious institutions in India. He is an alumnus of the Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi, where he completed his MBBS and Master of Surgery (MS) in General Surgery. He further pursued super-speciality training and earned his M.Ch. in Surgical Oncology from the Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology, Bengaluru, one of the country’s premier cancer centers.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Pratap Varma Penmetsa actively contributes to medical education and surgical mentorship, playing an important role in the training and skill development of young doctors and residents.
